Diplomas
The Navarro College diploma is a ceremonial document and does not, in itself, constitute proof of degree completion.
Our diplomas are 8.5 x 11 inches and come in a dark red cover that is 9 x 11.5 inches closed, 18.25 x 11.5 open. Your diploma shows the degree you earned. Navarro College, like most higher education institutions, does not list majors on the diploma. This is in part due to tradition and also for pragmatic reasons since space is limited on the diploma. Your official transcript lists your degree major and graduation dates. Click here for more information about requesting a transcript.
The diploma will be sent via the US Postal Service to the address listed on your application for graduation approximately three to six weeks following the graduation ceremony. If you are completing hours for your degree during the summer sessions, your diploma will be mailed approximately three weeks after all summer grades have been officially posted. Student accounts must be paid in full before the diploma will be released.
Duplicate diplomas are $10 each. Please complete the Diploma Reprint Request along with payment. The name requested on your diploma must be on record with Navarro College. If needed, complete the Name Change Form and include appropriate documentation (example: copy of marriage license or driver's license).
